“Sedona is beautiful! This retreat was nourishing. My intention for the retreat was to connect with the land and to move forward in authenticity. The meditations and outings gave us so many opportunities to connect with the land, which was so meaningful to me. Our two shamans offered an incredible, personalized healing ceremony, where they worked together. It was such a powerful experience and so beautiful. We also had time to enjoy the scenery on our own and to integrate. And the conversations with others on the retreat - I felt so inspired by and appreciated the opportunity to make some genuine friendships. When I returned home, my husband said that I seemed “on cloud nine” because I was so happy.”

“There is nothing like a trip in which you know that it is a trip of a lifetime. In times like that I let my excitement take me to a place of no expectations, just go with the flow and take it all in – live each moment because it will soon be over. That’s what I did, even through the travel there and back. It hit when the plane broke through the clouds and I saw Ireland for the first time to when I touched back on my native land; I felt the difference, that I was no longer there and even though I brought all me back, I was forever changed. Ireland was welcoming and gorgeous that pictures can barely capture. I got to experience Ireland on a spiritual level and through the shamanic lens with its most beautiful landscapes and many ancient sacred sites. The schedule and activities were relaxing, immersive, fun and creative. I learned about Ireland, its history, culture, locals, food, and its spirit. But this retreat would not be complete without the special individuals and teachers that attended. Because the stories I have brought back, have them in it. Their mere presence enriched my own journey and experience in which we shared and bonded with each other and the land. But it was our teachers who planned everything from start to finish and deserve the upmost praise and blessings for an absolutely unforgettable experience, stories to last a lifetime, the best healing laughs, and their hand in my own spiritual transformation.”
